The Stephen Ministry exists to love and care for the people of Grace Community Church and others referred to us from the community. The Stephen Ministry offers one-on-one care to individuals who are experiencing:
  • Health challenges
  • Loneliness, grief, or discouragement
  • Separation or divorce
  • Unemployment
  • Relocation
  • Season of life changes
  • Caring for aging parents or other family issues

Beginnings

The Stephen Ministry is named after Stephen, a man of character, full of faith and commissioned by the apostles to serve the early church. The Stephen Ministry is in more than 8,500 congregations from more than 100 Christian denominations, in all 50 states, Canada, and 20 other countries.
