When we become members of a church family it is important that we get off the sidelines and into the game. Attendees are spectators, and members get involved in ministry. The big difference in a church attendee and a church member is commitment and participation.
Corinthians 12:12 compares the church to our physical bodies. The body is made up of many parts, with many functions and all are essential to keeping the body healthy.
