Room Request Requirements
- Get ministry leader approval for event.
- Submit calendar/room request form.
- If an event is cancelled or changes need to be made to the date or room reservations submit an event change form.
Use of these areas requires prior approval from the pastor of that area. Please obtain these approvals in advance of submitting your room request.
When: 6 - Weeks in advance of event date is a good idea if your event needs to be communicated to others. Be sure to submit information in plenty of time to be processed. (example - if you submit a calendar request on Thursday afternoon it will not be processed until someone is back in the office on Monday)

What if I don't have all the information that's requested on the form yet but want to get my room reserved?
What if I my event is happening off campus?
It's still important to turn this form in so that the event appears on the church web calendar.
Special Approvals
Requests for rooms in Son City, the Student Center and Worship Center require prior approval from the pastor of that area. Please obtain these approvals in advance of submitting your room request.
Clean Up
Groups meeting in any GCC area are responsible to clean up after themselves and return the room to the original setup.
Fridays
The building is closed on Fridays. Scheduling of a Friday event must be cleared first through Dennis Tollison.
Processing of Requests
Our administrative staff works Monday - Thursday. You can expect your request to be processed within 2 business days of submission. In other words - don't wait until the last minute to submit a request.
