Fourth and Fifth Graders
Classrooms for fourth and fifth grades are located on the second floor of Son City. Check-in is in the main lobby. Curriculum
Our Promiseland curriculum teaches key scriptural truths that
will help children apply the Bible directly to their lives. Each week
lessons use concepts, stories, vocabulary, and music that were
carefully chosen to relate to this age group. Through creative
teaching, singing, visuals, motions, and more, your kids will be
engaged throughout the entire lesson. Lessons are taught in a Large
Group/Small Group format.
Large Group Time
Music, drama, videos and skilled teaching all work together to set up
the topic, present the Bible teaching and begin to shine light on how
the truth in the Bible story can make a difference in the lives of the
kids.
Small Group Time
After the Large Group Program, children move to their Small Groups,
which consists of 8-10 kids and a small group leader. Children
participate in activities that will help them relevantly apply the
Bible truth including role-plays and "What would you do?" discussions
in small groups. It is during the Small Group time that children build
relationships with the group leader and make new friends.
Game Room
The spacious game room in Club 45 gives energetic kids a chance to unwind and build friendships with other kids each weekend. They'll enjoy air hockey, fooseball, a karaoke machine and a video game center.
Just For Big Kids
